These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agent50 website(s), digital products, and services. By purchasing, accessing, or using any Agent50 products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or use Agent50.
1. Business Identity
Agent50 (“Agent50,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a sole proprietorship under the name Agent50 and provides digital educational products to business users in the United States.
2. Scope of Products
Agent50 provides 100% digital educational content, including but not limited to:
- eBooks
- Guides
- Templates
- Downloadable resources
- CRM access
Agent50 does NOT provide insurance leads, live coaching, consulting, or guaranteed outcomes.
All products are educational only.
3. Eligibility & Business Use
By purchasing or using Agent50, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are using Agent50 for business purposes only
- You are legally permitted to sell insurance (if applicable)
You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Agent50 makes no representations regarding licensing or regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
4. Pricing, Billing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD
Agent50 offers one-time purchases and subscription products.
Discounts and promotions may be offered at Agent50’s sole discretion
Payments are processed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)
Agent50 reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, or product availability at any time without notice.
5. Conditional Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are granted only if all conditions below are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase
The user demonstrates, with verifiable proof, that:
- They followed the Agent50 material STEP BY STEP
- They ran advertisements exactly as instructed
They spent the recommended advertising amount
- They failed to generate at least 50 leads within the first 7 days of starting their campaign.
Proof must include, at minimum:
- Dates
- Advertising platform screenshots
- Ad spend totals
- Lead data
Agent50 reserves sole discretion to determine whether proof is sufficient.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will be denied if:
- Content was accessed, downloaded, or used improperly
- Instructions were not followed exactly
- Proof is incomplete, altered, or unverifiable
- The request is submitted after 30 days
- The user disputes the charge before requesting a refund
Chargeback Abuse
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first submitting a refund request.
Initiating a chargeback:
- Constitutes a material breach of these Terms
Results in immediate termination of access
- May result in permanent banning from Agent50
- May be used as evidence in arbitration
6. No Earnings, Results, or Lead Guarantees
Agent50 makes NO guarantees regarding:
- Income
- Earnings
- Sales
- Lead volume
- Conversion rates
- Advertising performance
Results vary significantly based on individual effort, experience, budget, market conditions, and compliance.
You accept full responsibility for your outcomes.
Agent50 is an educational product only.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Agent50 is the exclusive intellectual property of Agent50 and is protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal business use only.
You may NOT:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute content
- Copy, record, or reproduce materials
- Use content to train competitors
Reverse engineer templates or systems
Claim affiliation with or endorsement by Agent50
Violations result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action.
8. Access, Suspension & Termination
Agent50 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate access at any time
- Deny service without explanation
- Remove users for misuse or abuse
- Terminate access without refund
Termination does not waive any rights or remedies.
9. User Conduct & Compliance
You agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Follow insurance advertising and compliance rules
Use Agent50 ethically and lawfully
Assume full responsibility for compliance in your state
Agent50 is not responsible for regulatory violations, penalties, or enforcement actions against you.
10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Agent50 may reference third-party platforms (e.g., ad platforms, software tools).
Agent50:
Does not control third-party platforms
Makes no warranties regarding availability or performance.
Is not liable for outages, policy changes, bans, or suspensions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Agent50 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness
- Non-infringement
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Agent50 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Agent50
You use Agent50 at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent50 from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the products
- Your advertising activities
- Regulatory or compliance violations
Breach of these Terms
14. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in North Carolina.
You waive the right to:
- A jury trial
- Participate in a class action
- Injunctive relief may be sought for intellectual property violations.
15. Modifications
Agent50 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
